Danny P's Cakes — Order & Payment Policies

Order Confirmation

• Orders are confirmed only after a deposit or full payment is received.
• Dates are reserved on a first-paid basis. Messages or inquiry forms do not hold a date.

Deposit & Payment Schedule

• Orders over $150 require a 50% non-refundable retainer to secure the date and begin preparation.
• The remaining balance is due no later than 3 days before pickup or delivery.
• Orders placed within 72 hours of the event require full payment upfront.

• Zelle
• Apple Pay
• Cash App

At this time, we do not accept checks or mobile deposits for new clients.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Retainers are non-refundable due to scheduling, preparation time, and ingredient purchasing.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of pickup/delivery are not eligible for refunds.
• If a cancellation occurs before the 72-hour window, any refund beyond the retainer (if applicable) is evaluated case-by-case based on work already completed.

Changes to Orders

• Minor updates (flavor changes, quantity adjustments, packaging requests) may be requested up to 5 days before the event and are subject to availability.
• Major changes (large quantity increases, last-minute design/theme requests) may require additional charges and may not be possible close to the event date.

Pickup & Delivery

• Pickup times must be honored to ensure freshness and product quality.
• Once an order is picked up/delivered, Danny P's Cakes is not responsible for damage due to handling, weather, transport, or storage.
• Delivery is available for an additional fee based on location.
